I'm not ready to let summer go in the city just yet! We're lucky that we're in September and the warm temperatures are still sticking around. One of the best things about summer is the warm sunsets and "evening glow" that falls over the city. Buildings seem brighter, trees seem greener, and colors just pop. This is truly the best time to walk around the city and explore all of the different neighborhoods and local outdoor spots.
In terms of my look, I've recently been really into statement footwear and bright colors. I found these mint colored sneakers from Zara at the Georgetown store and had the perfect patterned Frank & Oak t-shirt to compliment them. Since I refuse to wear denim just yet, I wore some classic white Tommy Hilfiger shorts. I styled the look with my Giles & Brother cuff and Steven Alan sunglasses as the lenses have a subtle blue hue to them.
